For ordering any product from Greetstore, you need to navigate to the Menu and select the appropriate Product Category like Mugs(link), Mobile Covers(link), Engraved products(link).
In case if you cannot find your product, you can use our search button to find the product.
Yes, you can order but there may be extra charges for convenience and it may vary your delivery dates.
No, if you are selecting any personalized product. There are some predefined products too where you can buy it directly without personalization.
The limit for a same product is 5 that mean you cannot buy products more than 5. But if you still want to order bulk products then please mail us on order@greetstore.com
No, we cannot commit about availability but you will be notified about the product non-availability either by e-mail or by by directly displaying on website.
Sorry but there may be variance in color of the product as we use rendered graphics for best representation of the products. We cannot commit about color but you will get the quality material for sure.
Yes, you can get this option while checkout. Do not forget to ‘tick’ the option before paying.
Suppose you want to purchase the product from Greetstore.com but you feel that you don’t want this now but later then instead of searching for this product after couple of days on our website, you can make it as your favorite and can access it from your My Account page.

You need to login into your account and then just Click “Your Name” on top right corner, a drop down will show you options among which select “orders”.

There is no special provision for reordering the same product with same image but you can place the same order by navigating to your “orders” page and click on the product which will redirect you to actual product from where you can order it.
Personalization of the gift products
Personalization includes only printing and engraving your contents on the products.
You need to upload or email your pictures (for some products) to print your contents on product you are willing to purchase.
Yes, both are different. Customization belongs to complete recreation of product according to your needs but personalization is printing and engraving your contents as per your demands on products.
There is no such provision as it may delay your product by a day or 2. Still if you want to preview it before printing then you need to send us mail within 1 hour of purchasing the product on support@greetstore.com.
The preview section is just for making you sure that you are uploading content for right product and make you know exactly where it will be placed. There will be no real-time preview mechanism yet.
No! You cannot personalize product after purchasing the product but you may cancel it and reorder the same within 1 hour of ordering it.
Still, if you need to update the same product mail us on support@greetstore.com.
Sorry, but you cannot preview the product before printing. But you can request us on support@greetstore for preview with your order id within 1 hour of ordering the product.
Yes, you can. There are some products where you can change entire design or upload your own.
The product tagged as “personalizable” can only be personalized, others are not.
Payment & EMIs
You can pay using Net banking, Credit/Debit card, UPI, Wallet except Paytm, Cash On Delivery, Greetstore Cash, EMI on orders above 2999.
Cash On Delivery or COD is applicable for some of the products or on your order total which should be below Rs. 500 to avail the COD option. There may be some conditions where you apply coupons and COD will be disabled.
No, we do not support Paytm payment.
You will get the invoice after payment immediately on your registered mail id. You can also download and print from your My Account>Orders page.
You can chat online with our executives to identify and resolve the issue or write to us on support@greetstore.com.
If your payment get deducted and order not confirmed then you will get your money refunded within 24 hours in Greetstore Cash. You can access it in your My Account page.
Yes! Your card payments are completely secured and transferred by SSL encryption by us and our payment gateway. We take security very seriously at Greetstore.
No! You can use only credit card EMI.
Delivery Issue
We provide only regular speed delivery option. If you still want it early the write us on support@greetstore.com.
We provide next delivery in some cities of India. Please check once before ordering by mailing us on support@greetstore.com.
It varies based on your city and state. Normally we will take 4-5 days all over India.

Go to My Profile from top right corner of the screen. Click on Your Name and drop down menu show you “Orders” option. Click on it and track your product.
Yes! You need to add new address and select that as delivery address while checkout.
No! There is no such provision.

We calculate delivery dates by summing up making and printing time for a product with shipping time.
Login and Signup
Greetstore does not want to trouble you any manner by signing a long form. You have quick login option through Facebook and Google. But we recommend you to use our form which is relatively smaller. This will help us know you and send periodically offers and discounts on the products. We do not spam you!
Sorry, we don’t have provision to recover any account on website. Still if you want to have issues, please write us on support@greetstore.com
Just click on “forgot password?” link below login button to recover password. You will get a password reset link on registered mail.
We need your mobile number in case of emergencies or delay or problems in the images or product you purchased.
No! You cannot. You need mail to register and login on Greetstore.om.
If you get message as “email not activated” then please activate your email by going to your mail inbox where you will find the our mail to activate the account.
If you get message as “Email or Password incorrect” then please use check whether you entered correct email id or password that you have used to register on our site.
In such cases check your promotions tab or Spam folder. But this is very rare if you cannot get the mails inside mail inbox.
Whenever you click on login button and if you get a message like “Mail not activated” then please check your inbox for the verification mail since we resend it every time you click on login button.

No! You cannot order without signing up on website.
My Account
My account is the page that helps you in finding your recent orders, reviews, Greetstore cash or refunds, tracking and rewards.
You can check your complete information you shared with us till date. Here you can be able to track your product. Cancel any order or repurchase any previous product.
My Profile: Your Personal information, Address, Birthday, Password change.
Orders: Your current and previous orders.
Favorites: Your favorite product will be listed here that you can choose by clicking “Heart shape” on product.
Rewards: Here lay the contest rewards organized by us.
Review Purchases: You can review or give feedback on your previous orders.
Greetstore Cash: This is virtual cash that can be used on any purchase. You will get your refund in form of Greetstore cash only.
Cancellation and Refund
You need to first login with email you have used to purchase that product. Then go to upper right corner of your screen where you will find your name. Click or hover on it and you ended up with a drop down. Just click ”Orders” in it and you will be redirected to the order page where you can cancel the product.
If you do not see the cancel button or its disabled then you cannot cancel this product as it is processed already. Personalized products are processed within 1 hour so can cancel it within 1 Hour only.
Yes, you can cancel a single product or entire order.
No, you cannot. Please read our Refund and Return Policy for more details.
We do not appreciate any returning but still if it is a serious defect then you can write us on support@greetstore.com.
Once you cancel the product. Immediately or within 24 hours you will get your amount refund in form of Greetstore Cash. You can find it on My Account.
In the form of Greetstore Cash that you can find inside My Account.
There may be some technical issue from our side. You can write us on support@greetstore.com.
If you purchased a personalized product then you need to cancel it within 1 Hour as we process the personalized product within 1 Hour for printing. Hence, you cannot see a cancel button.
Checkout
No, you need to go to “Cart” to change the product.
On “Checkout Page”, you will see a apply coupon coupon button. Enter you coupon and apply.
Subtotal is the amount you are spending on products. Total is the amount which includes extra costs like shipping, COD charges etc.
On “Product Details” Page, you can be able to check the pincode availability.
