  1. What are the different kinds of products available?

    Our brilliant collection comprises of invitation cards, customized gifts and corporate stuffs. Our compilation of cards include invites for all kinds of occasions like Wedding, wedding reception, engagement, inauguration, housewarming, birthday party, new year party amongst others. Our cards vibrate with traditional flavor, modern ethics and designer handmade- explore and select based on your choice and requirements!

  2. Does the price of the Card displayed include printing cost?

    No, the price displayed is exclusively for the card without printing. Printing charges are charged seperately and start from Rs. 1500 based on the quantity.

  3. How to order and pay for samples?

    If you want to get real feel of the card, then you can book an appointment of our executive to show you sample cards at your place. There will be only visiting charge based on the location which will be maximum up to Rs. 100.

  4. Can I get unprinted cards?

    Yes, you can order for unprinted cards and they will be charged as per the price displayed against them on the portal. There will making charges extra to make the card in case of premium cards include folding and motifs. There will be no change in price for other greeting cards.

  5. In how many languages is the printing support available?

    We do designing and printing in English, Hindi, Marathi.

  6. How do I co-ordinate print matter? How do I proof read before the actual printing?

    While placing the print order, you need to download our content sample excel file upon clicking ADD TO CART button and wizard will guide you further. We draft the card design and send a soft copy to you for proof reading on either your WhatsApp number or email provided on GreetStore site. Only after your confirmation and approval we proceed with final printing.

  7. Can I order printed Sample?

    No, you cannot order any printed sample instead you can book our appointment for executive visit at your place to show you samples(Applicable only in Pune, Maharashtra) in case of wedding, party invitations and corporate cards. Not applicable for all customizable gift section.

  8. Can you create customized cards?

About Customization:

  1. How can I Customize a product?

    So easy! All you need to do is choose your product and upload your picture/pictures(max 2 photos allowed and more photos can be mailed to us on with your name/text/art/design!

  2. Is it necessary to choose from your existing design templates?

    Absolutely not! You can either chose from our existing design template or you can also upload your own designs/art/logo/text!

    Kindly note that all the uploaded information are kept confidential with us and are used solely for the purpose for order processing and reorder.

  3. How can I upload my own designs?

    You can choose any product of your choice and then click on ADD TO CART button and a wizard will be opened to instruct you further and can easily upload your pictures or complete designs not more than 2 art/pictures. You can also mail us your pictures with your WhatsApp mobile number in order to contact you further.

  4. What if I provide you with my product and avail your personalization services only?

    Sorry! We do not provide you with any such services.

  5. Can you guarantee the color of engraving as shown on the products on your website?

    We do not guarantee the color of engraving on any product as the color of finished product might appear different.

  6. Does the quality/color of picture I upload appear same after it gets printed?

    We do not guarantee the color of the uploaded pictures/designs as the process includes heat transfer of the images where some loss of color is always applicable.

Cancellations and returns:

  1. Can I cancel an order?

    In order to get your order delivered to you soon, we print the orders same day. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund your amount. Please get in touch with our customer support team to cancel your order. The refund will be initiated in the form of voucher that will be emailed to you immediately. However, the cancellation of orders will be done only if they are respected to below listed terms and conditions:

    You are requested to immediately email at or call at +91-8888378958 along with your order number for any cancellations to be made.

    Your orders can also be cancelled if GreetStore team finds your payments have not been received. Check below for further details:

    Non receipt of Payment- In case the payment for the order is not made GreetStore will automatically cancel the order. An email notification is sent to you when we cancel the order.

  2. Can I return the products that I have received?

    Sorry but we do not entertain any return or exchange.

  3. Can I modify my order after placing it?

    No. You cannot make any changes to the design after placing the order. We understand that in cases, you may want to alter the quantity of a product in your placed order. You may even require having your shipping address updated. These changes are allowed till we have begun processing your order. For such requests, please get in touch with Customer Care immediately along with your order number.

  4. When will I receive my refund for a cancelled order?

    We cancel your order as soon as the request is generated and the refund process is initiated within 72 hours.It further takes 5-7 working days for the amount to be credited in your account. Please note if the payment is made via Credit Card , it might take 20-22 working days for the credited amount to reflect in your account details.

  5. If I return a product on my own do I get back the shipping charges?

    Once you incur courier charges please email us the scanned copy of the receipt within 10 days of the return. We will refund your courier charges up to a maximum of Rs 160 per kg. If you are unable to send the scanned copy of the receipt within 10 days of the return request, we will refund you a flat Rs 100 against the courier charges. Refunds for courier charges are always in the mode of GreetStore vouchers which can be redeemed on your future purchase.

  6. What if the product that I received has faulty parts or is damaged?

    We take special care to deliver your products in the excellent condition. However, you can if you receive any product in unusable condition, you can contact our customer care and they will do the needful.

  7. Can I also return a product which was found faulty upon use?

    Please contact our Customer Care and report the issue .We shall be happy to facilitate the resolution for the same.

Shipping and delivery:

  1. How long does it take for delivery?

    When you order from our website, we ensure that the order starts getting processed within 24 hours.

    We attempt to process every paid order and ship within 3 - 6 working days for engraved products and 1-3 days for sublimated and printed product based on locations if placed before 1 P.M.

    Exact shipping time depends on the availability of certain products and will be communicated during the process of ordering.

    Depending on the shipping address within India, post ordering, this should take 5-7 days overall to get delivered. In some rare cases, due to delivery address accessibility issues, it may take longer to receive the shipment. Nevertheless, we will keep you updated with any such delays. Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions and other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails and SMS regularly for such updates.

  2. Do you have any shipping charges?

    Our shipping charges are dependent on weight of the product, as the weight increases the shipping charges may vary. For further details please check below:

  3. Can I have an order delivered on a particular date?

    We continuously try to deliver products purchased from in best condition and in the fastest time possible. However, we can’t commit on the same.

  8. Can I return the order to the courier agent and take my cash back from him?

    Please don’t worry. If you have the tracking information (AWP number and name of the Courier partner) please visit the courier partner's site and check for your Order.     Yes, you can! We have facility to take your order and assist you on design and after confirmation your product will be delivered at your desired address in India.

  13. Do you take extra care while delivering brittle products like mugs?

    We take special care to deliver our products in excellent condition .We use eco-friendly packaging to keep our products safe and secured from external damages.

  1. What are the payment options available at

    The payment options we support are Credit card, Debit card, Net Banking, Paytm and popular wallets and EMI over products above Rs. 2999, GreetStore Sales Agent -You can pay when you put in your order-request to the sales person. (Applicable only for Pune, Mahrashtra). All the online payments are processed through Instant Pay payment gateways, which provide secure encrypted connections for all credit card, debit card and net banking transactions.

  2. How does Cash on delivery payment method works?

    We provide you the facility of making cash payments at time of delivery of the confirmed order. The payment will be required to be made to the delivery boy at time of receiving the product. Please ensure that the product packaging has not been tampered with, before making the payment and receiving the order. Kindly note you will need to make the payment before opening the product packaging.

  3. How should I apply the discount/promotional voucher to my order?

    Once you add product to the cart and click on ADD TO CART button, you will be prompted to MY CART and go for CHECKOUT and you can enter the voucher code in the respective textbox before checking out.

  5. There was an error while processing payment. How will I know if the payment went through successfully?

    In case of payment errors/failure, please retry ensuring:

    • Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate, i.e. account details, billing address, password (in case of net banking).
    • Your internet connection is not disrupted in the process.
    • If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it will be rolled back after confirmation from the bank. It will take about 7-10 business days for the refund.
